I think we’ll see the fan base diversify once players have access to Sylvari and Asura races. I know that my own interest in Sylvari is increasing the more that I read about them. I’ll need hands-on time with them both before I know if the race feels right for me, though.
An interesting aspect is that according to the Guild Wars 2 Census, human appears to be the most popular race! I find it ironic that there’s never a human fandom! *laugh*
Interestingly enough, Charr is the least popular race based on that chart. Not by a huge margin, but it is the least.
